I am new to the art world! Trying my hand at a few things to see what my strengths are. I am not new to art though. Ever since I was about 4 or 5 I would draw, write and create things. As I got older my idea of fun was sitting on the front porch with my stereo/radio and art utensils. Sketch pads, writing tablets, art pencils, pens, colors...paint, brushes, paper (couldn't afford canvas) and my imagination. Those were the days...ha ha! Now I have three children that my husband and I are homeschooling. I attend a community college and am in my last semester there before transferring to a university. Then I will have about a year and a half till I graduate with my BA. After which I will go on to my MA in Fine Arts. In a few weeks I will be taking ceramics class, which I look forward to. Something new to try my hand at. I have also done other crafts and arts...such as making my own soap and floral arrangements/potpourri, bead work, sewing, photography (very beginner), etc. That is it for now. I hope you enjoy my work as I progress in my art.
